Edge 840-Pairing failed with New iPhone

Hi,

I got a new iPhone and the garmin edge 840 isn't pairing with the connect app on the new phone.

I have erased the old phone and tried to do every troubleshooting methods that's mentioned (turning BT, Airplane mode on/off, restarting the phone and device, deleted the app & redownloaded, resetting to default setting on the device etc.,) and still the device isn't pairing (I have even tried setting up with garmin express on Mac), nothing is making the device connect with phone.

Error I keep getting on the connect app

1. Pairing failed Retry

2. Device detected but Bluetooth is not on , in the device

3. Registered but not paired
