Large .dat file in http folder

I was trying to delete some files to make room for my new maps and I came across a large .DAT file in the "http" folder that is 3.18 GB! Can this be deleted? 

The file name is: dl_managerA3B00134666A644A5DFD9EBD84041D2A.DAT

    The Garmin 840 file system does not have a "http" folder. I suspect that this might have been dragged and dropped from a PC. I would delete it, or back it up toa PC if you are concerned. It looks like it a partial download.
