Does someone also have problems updating maps on the Edge840 itself. not update from computer but on the divice itself. Thx
I think you have the same problem as me.
I struggled to get the maps updated using Garmin Connect.
The maps only wanted to update via wifi, which was VERY slow.
I experienced the same problem when tried to update the Garmin maps; even with hi-speed wifi at home costs my days; after some time the device turns into sleep mode and the update simply stops! even with USB connected.
