I have a 840. Returned one brand new unit because of this error and now the new one, just received today, and I get the same error “ route calculation error” all maps up to date.  I can go in the main screen hit navigation and go in the search lotta categories convenience, stores Starbucks, so I select any one of those. It loads 65% then I get error.
