The latest firmware update starts, shows the 21.18 loader screen, then after a few seconds goes straight to a screen with USB MS Mode on it and won't do anything else. Resetting does nothing. Factory reset, go through all the setup, try the update again, same thing. If I don't update and try to start a course, this stupid overlay shows up asking me to press the side button to see extra features and the overlay won't go away. I do the press, it then says hey, try holding the button. This is where it gets completely stuck. It won't respond to anything other than a factory reset again.
WTH.
