Ebike detected - turn off this message

Is there any way to get rid of the "ebike detected" message whenever I turn on an ebike? I have my bike set on an ebike profile already and this message still comes up.

I have two ebikes with two different activity profiles. Maybe this is the issue. It would be great if I could just assign an activity profile to a bike and have it automatically detect which one, based on the sensors.
