Hello,
After riding a gravel activity with hrm and navigation by a course created in garmin connect, the device wasn't able to show activity summary and rebooted.
once it recovered there were no last activity. Howerever the fit file was preserved in Activities directory.
I've tried to upload it manually but garmin connect rejected to upload it showing "One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance"
At the same time the file was successfully accepted by strava.
I contacted the support and the answer was only "just delete the file, the corruption is common and happens all the time" with no investigation, so I wonder what data is corrupted here? why does strava use it and garmin connect does not? how to prevent this from happening in the future?
