Download Failed

Hi there

I am on 20.19. When I connect via WI-FI to check for updates I get a message that reads “Dowload Failed. Check back again later”.

in addition, when I attempt to synch over Wi-Fi it says “Synch failed.”

I am able to upload activities to Garmin connect via phone and Bluetooth

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Strangely I get “sync fail” on wi-fi for every sync with a production sw version for the last 4-5 versions but always get sync success if on a beta version for the last 4 beta series 17.x - 20.x but even stranger it ALWAYS works regardless of it saying fail or success.

The download (I presume you are doing it in the System>About menu) is slightly different and has had issues for some beta users. Are you trying to download the 21.09 beta, if so are you beta registered/ enrolled? There is no production version after 20.19 so nothing to download unless the beta

i have the same issue, when i try to sync with wifi i have the same message but it upload the rides.

I tried to update but there aren't update.
