20.19 had me completing numerous laps in seconds

I use my 840 for indoor and outdoor rides, but this morning it started tracking 5mi laps in 0 or 1 seconds, leading to a bunch of badges being awarded and records decimated for doing something like >13,000mi with a max speed of 11340627.6mph (that field I can't change). My only choice seems to be to delete the entire activity, which kinda sucks since it does contribute validly to my mileage, time, and elevation challenges. What happened? The trainer and HRM connected fine as they always do, but as soon as I started peddling the head unit went wild beeping every second or so saying a new lap.

I disabled the automatic lap setting for my Indoor profile, but I never had to before. Is this a regression of 20.19 or whatever is being rolled out right now?

Took this with my phone before I found the setting to disable laps:

  • And despite me resetting any field I could, I still "won" the April 400K and 2024 Stage 2 675K. How can those be reset to where they should be? I'd rather earn them legitimately. If I delete the activity, would that reset them? I notice on Strava (if I dual record on Zwift and Garmin, then delete Garmin's) that if you delete an activity that, say, pushed you over some challenge, the challenge is reset back to its previous state with just the 1 new activity.
