20.19 - Music Control - Song title/ Artist wont change after playing next or previous tracks

Everything works volume, previous/ pause / next button.

Just that the Song title/ Artist information wont change or no display Song title/ Artist information.

Anyone have such problem with the 840?

Unfortunately the method above won't work.

So far the only workaround is to log out Spotify account and log in again.

The other method is to reinstall Spotify.

Both methods after disconnect the track…

Stopping connect and Spotify and relaunch only works on first song. If I skip to next song, title remains the same.

Same problem here, quite sad as the Music Control is one of the upgrades why I bought an 840. Hopefully a fix from Garmin soon.

Listened to music today via an app from a radio station. Then song title/artist works correctly.

Just checked my watch and it still is not showing track name. Garmin is currently working on a fix. Thanks.

19-April-2024 I just did the latest update on the watch in Australia, but its still not showing track names. Nokia G60, Garmin Instinct 2 Solar.

Received email notification from Product Support Team that they have resolved the Music Control issue on Garmin Connect App v5.

I've updated it and tested. Verified to be working.

Thank you, it also now works on my Nokia G60 and Garmin Instinct 2 Solar showing the track info on my watch
