Activities recorded on Edge 840 not showing up on Forerunner 945 7 day training load since 20.19 upgrade

Ever since i updated my Edge 840 to 20.19 the activities are not showing up on my 7 day training load on my Forerunner 945.

Also on the 945 i cannot open up any activity recorded on the 840 to view the stats since the update to 20.19 However the Information on Garmin Connect appears to be correct.

I have the same problem.

After updating the Edge 840 to 20.19, the activity does not appear on the Forerunner 745.

In Garmin Connect, all activities are recorded.

I have the same Problem with a fenix 6 pro.

Garmin are aware of the issue as I opened a ticket on it.

Anyone resolve this. I'm having the same problem. I submitted a ticket and haven't heard anything.

They reported back to me that they were working the issue. I will let you know when hear it is fixed.

Same here. Forrunner 745 does not see anything recorded on edge 840. It is extremally frustraiting. How long do you think fixing an issue like that could take?

Still seeing the same issue on Edge 840 and FR 745 two months later. Searched for a long time until I found this thread. So apparently I can stop my efforts of de-/activating TrueUp and dis-/reconnecting devices.
