Edge 1040 Climbpro leading on free climbs

Hi,

Recently completed a long moutainous route (236km) using my new Edge 1040. Noticed that Climbpro would start early and be running 100 to 200 meters ahead of where I was on the climb. The current gradient shown appeared correct but it didn't correlate with where I was on the climb, e.g. 10% grade on a flat section of the profile. I would get the climb complete notification well before I was finished. I hadn't loaded a route before so the issue cannot be related to Strava.

Has anyone else experienced this?

100% same issue, though this message should be in the 1040 group page. I have fingers crossed for the v20.19 release, waiting for the update to come through
