Stress only based on HRV?

Hi,

Not sure how to describe the question, but the following is what I do notice.
When I'm active in/around the house (currently bussy with some construction/rebuilding tasks), my watch is telling me that I'm being stressed and that I should take my rest. I think the stress level is only based on a change in HRV correct? But a change in HRV is also when being active. Why is it that the watch is not also noticing an increase in steps, breathing, hart rate etc. and taking that in account for just being active instead of being stressed?
