Edge 840 - error with power 3s and 10s data

I have power 3s in one of screens. Last week it stopped working as expected. It displays current power instead of 3s average. I have change it to 10s average with same result. Power changes every second

    Power avg is a moving average updated every second.  What is displayed is the average over the past three seconds.  e.g.  Average power over seconds 1,2,3 is displayed at 4 seconds. Average over seconds 2,3,4 is shown at 5 seconds. Average over 3,4,5 is shown at 6. etc.  Same for longer averages.  Even 30 second averages will update every second.

    I did not know that, but my perception is that since last week, this data is changing constantly.

    Yep.  It will change every second showing the average over the previous set interval.  If you compare the 3 second average to the 30 second average, both will change every second, but the fluctuations in the 30 second average will be smaller than those in the 3 second average.
