Training Effect usually with 1 (sometimes with 2 ) zone higher

Can a Firstbeat expert explain why this is happening? what is wrong here, my (hr)settings or the complete Firstbeat algorhythm? :D (i couldnt find any useful from these features, all are totally fake, the FTP prediction is way off from reality)

This ride was a Threshold ride (but felt only SST or less a bit, probably i should set my FTP higher with 5-10Watts and train on these higher targets) originally , with relatively short (5,6,7,8,9 mins ) efforts at FTP or under FTP (longer duration -> lower power), i was far from my threshold HR or any pain (or my body lost the ability to feel the pain Joy ) How can it be VO2MAX??? How? Other days i ride 2-3h endurance ride at 65% FTP (or lower) and i almost sleep on the bike, and it gives me "Tempo" benefit. 

  • Another miracle when 2 Garmin devices with same Firstbeat algorhythm give you totally different TE: i recorded with FR965 (Tacx NEo Power) and Edge 840 (Power2Max NG, the difference is +4w/~1.5-2%), the HR is coming from Polar H10 to both devices. the MaxHR setting (182BPM, probably a bit lower then the real MaxHR, but it is not relevant imho), the restHR, the zones are EXACTLY THE SAME in BOTH DEVICES. How can it give so different TE (i doubt that 4watts difference cause VO2Max )  

    So if somebody gets salary for this , that is a big shame Joy any idea:  or  who working on this FirstBeat algorhythm.
