Can a Firstbeat expert explain why this is happening? what is wrong here, my (hr)settings or the complete Firstbeat algorhythm? :D (i couldnt find any useful from these features, all are totally fake, the FTP prediction is way off from reality)
This ride was a Threshold ride (but felt only SST or less a bit, probably i should set my FTP higher with 5-10Watts and train on these higher targets) originally , with relatively short (5,6,7,8,9 mins ) efforts at FTP or under FTP (longer duration -> lower power), i was far from my threshold HR or any pain (or my body lost the ability to feel the pain ) How can it be VO2MAX??? How? Other days i ride 2-3h endurance ride at 65% FTP (or lower) and i almost sleep on the bike, and it gives me "Tempo" benefit.
