Edge 840 navigation problem 19.22 fw (no addresses, intersection)

Hi Folks

I have a Edge 840. Last 19.22 fw version. Where have the menus gone (addresses, intersection), my friend Explore 2 has them.

- I also did a factory reset

- connected to express and updated

Edge 840 lost menus

What can I do?

Try Navigation -> Search -> Search Tools -> Intersections

Check that you have the Gecode map for the region you are in installed.

Activity Profile -> Profile name -> Navigation -> Map -> Map information

You are looking for a Gecode Map for the region you are in

unfortunately I do not have this on my device :(, I cannot install it with express :( where can I find Europe geocode maps?

maps reinstall resolved the problem, thank you very much

This has nothing to do with maps. I have the same problem. There is no dropdown lists for address and intersections to select.

Reinstalling do not resolved the problem. The problem is with the dropdown lists - there is not address or intersections whereby you could select to begin with.

I have the 840 solar bought 3 months ago. The dropdown menu seems to exclude address and intersections

Navigation>search tools> and there is no "address or intersections" to continue.

I am in the same situation as you. Garmin 840 has excluded "address and intersection" in this model.
