Where to set resting heart rate in 19.19?

The 19.19 release notes day you can manually set resting heart rate for use by the fitness age calculation. I can’t see where to set it. Am I misunderstanding the notes?

OK, it now seems to have synced from my iPhone (which knows it from Apple watch), I now have a fitness age.
