Can't connect to Cycliq Fly12 Sport

I just bought a Cycliq Fly12 Sport. Neither my Edge 840 or Edge 530 see it in the Add Sensor menu to connect to it. How do I get this thing to talk to my Edge device?

There's another post here that states Cycliq eliminated the connection to a Garmin

I asked Cycliq why they won't connect and they confirmed, they removed the ANT+ capability in the Fly12 Sport. Not sure why they would do that, but it is confirmed
