Garmin edge 840 is not recognized by my IMac Desktop Computer or any other desktop...

I cannot connect my Garmin Edge 840 to download routes for upcoming rides. I've tried several new cords. Device can be charged but not recognized. Please help.

Have you installed Garmin Express? Added the device?

Not much info to go on. Sounds like you have ruled out cable problems.
