Connect IQ alerts are broken since 18.23

You mean CIQ apps?
I have 2 of my own, those are not in the store. and I tried a few random apps with data field alert functionality from the store. all the same. device freezes when I turn the alert setting on

Would you be able to give an example of one from the store I could try to see if I hit the same issue?

To reproduce:
install the apps, add the data fields to a data screen. then activity profiel settings =>"alerts and promts"=>"connectIQ"=>
choose the app, click in, toggle the on-off switch. After the toggle my device freezes.

After hard restart, it freezes in that activity profile on the click: "alerts and promts"=>"connectIQ"
