Express do not see 840

I tried to connect 840 to computer on usb, but Express don't recognize it. Windows see it.

Did you check for an update to Express? On my computer it updates automatically, but I don't know if that's the way it updates on all computers.

Sure, and has 7.17.3.0, it update itself. And this version do not connect to 840.
