Feature request: disable the "lap" key, match function with Fenix/Forerunner for "Lap" to go to "Home" screen.

I own a Fenix 7 and have previously owned Fenix 6, Forerunners 935, 945.

On those devices, you can "Disable Lap Key" which results in the lap button taking you to the home screen, with the activity running in the background.

Am I correct there's no way to do this on an Edge x40 series computer? This is annoyingly inconsistent - I never want manual laps added but I DO want a quick way to get to the home screen without touching the screen and tapping the virtual home button.

If by "Home Screen" you mean the screen that you see when you first turn on your computer, you can press the back button (lower right) to return to the home screen. The activity will continue to run. You can return to the activity by pressing the action button (top right)

Hey, thanks for that. I wasn't aware the back button on the lower right side would take you to the home screen.

I'd still like a way to disable the manual lap function triggered by the bottom left button. It doesn't look like there's a way to do that.

I agree. Would be nice to be able to map this button to something else.
