Garmin Connect Locks up/Unresponsive

When I say add a data field on Garmin Connect and press the top left arrow in Connect, the screen becomes unresponsive. I cannot go back, it updates the Edge 840, but Connect is totally unresponsive and I have to close the app and restart. 

I have removed the app, removed all Bluetooth from the phone and the phone from the Edge 840 and restarted both devices, as advised by support chat. It still remains the same. It locks up.
