Bug - Heart rate zones not calculating on 840 using HRM-Pro

I've been having an ongoing issue with my new Garmin 840.

I've done 7 rides so far as the 'Time in Heart Rate Zones' is not calculating.

My heart rate monitor is a Garmin HRM-Pro.

In Garmin Connect, my activity will accurately show my heart rate values during my ride and will vary between zone 1-5 but the 'Time in Heart Rate Zones' will show either '0' for all zones.

I've tried to reconfigure all my heart rate zones but it hasn't made a difference.

was about to post a similar issue but mine was just incomplete. I have the full 1 hour and 30 min ride using my 840 solar and garmin run+ HRM. The heart rate zone only shows a total of 18%. attached screenshots and hopefully the devs can check this bug out

Hi,

I got the same problem. My HR is recorded correct in the graph. But the "time in zones" shows only a small percentage of my HR during my ride.

This is the case in the web view of garmin connect and in the iOS app as well.

When looking at intervals.icu my time in zones is displayed correct. So I assume there is a problem in garmin connect.
