Edge 840 wont sync intensity minutes when sync my Enduro 2 before

When I sync my Enduro 2 before I sync my Edge 840, the intensity minutes from the Edge wont be added to the overall count on Garmin Connect.

On the device itself (Edge 840 solar), the intensity minutes are still there and it will add the intensity minutes from my watch, but on th watch and Garmin Connect the egde minutes are missing.

This is only when I sync the watch before i sync the Edge.

That cant be a problem to fix by garmin I think. I cant find any bugreporting site to report this directly to garmin.

I've seen the same and there is also a calorie sync issue. I believe this is all known about and I hope will be fixed very soon

I have already submitted a case. I have found my Edge won't count Intensity Minutes only when doing a "workout". Trying doing a ride without your watch, but with a heart rate strap and not selecting a workout during the ride.

I never ride my bike WITH my watch. But, when i sync the watch in the morning and doing a ride in the afternoon, this the intensity minutes wont count. Even if i sync the edge before i go on my ride to get the differences fot the "watch sync" in the morning.
