I take a photo every 100km, so I'd love to have my odometer visible on my ride instead of having to remember to check the distance and then do the math in my head.
On the 840 the odometer data field does not seem to come from the Totals.fit file. Under device totals I see my total km as 1213.5, as imported from my 540. When I add the Odometer field to a screen it is showing zero km as I haven't been out to ride yet.
Where does the odometer data field get it's value if it isn't from Totals.fit? I'd really like to have the odometer take it's value from Totals.fit as I know how to edit that file with the Java SDK.
