Why are my pinned rides not syncing

I have connected my Ride GPS account and also installed the RWGPS Connect IQ app, but neither option seems to all me to see my pinned rides. Strava routes transfer fine but not a thing from Ride with GPS.

I am on version 9.26 and also enrolled in the software beta.

Help please??

Solved, didn't appreciate that a pinned ROUTE was different to a pinned RIDE!
