Device picture missing in Garmin Connect

The device picture for the Edge 840 can't be loaded on Garmin Connect.

i've got Edge 820 and Venu 2s and have no problems with their pictures

in my case same problem exist on the Windows 10 Pro 21H2.

This issue has been resolved. If you notice any errors on the Garmin website in which the device picture is missing, please create a new thread.
