is there any channce to use a little navi map field (currently avaliable only on the power guide screen) on the own screen? I would like to use this little navi map itself or with 3sec&avg power fields if possible.

  • Former Member I have added a link to the owner's manual here with information on how to edit your Data Screens. You have the option to turn on the Map Data Screen which allows you to add one or two data fields to the bottom of the page which you can edit as you like.

If you are wanting to have a Data Screen with numerous "normal" data fields and have one of them be the map, this is not something we have an option for natively, but there may be Connect IQ Data Field options available.

Thank you for quicek answer Blake. Honestly that was the reason I bought new 840. I've seen this small map as the data fileld on the advertising materials and reviews but I didn't pay attention each time this small map was exactly in the same data screen : power guide which is uneditable :( my fault, tough life.

Is there any place where users can put own future request?

  • Our Ideas Portal online is available for users to submit to. I gave the Connect IQ store a quick search and there should hopefully be something available there that will work for you, even if it is not completely identical to the implementation on the Power Guide screen.

    Check out mapField

thank you for recommendation but whole registration process and the way which routes are importing is a little time consuming and not user friendly.
