Saved Courses

I got my new device today and the pairing guide worked seamless. My device has received past rides and history, strava live segments.

However, Saved Courses are for some reason not being synced. Why?

The saved courses are in my 830 and obviously in the Garmin Connect app. I tried unlinking and linking both Strava and Ridewithgps.

Please help.

Or side load them from your old unit.

Copy the files from the Garmin\Courses folder on the old unit to the Garmin\NewFiles folder on the new unit.

If you're trying to get your Strava route to appear, unfavorite that route in Strava and then favorite it again (the star icon). Unfortunately, you will have to do this for every Strava route you want appear on the 840.
