TyreWiz data field not yet supported

I'm just waiting for the developer to compile it for the 540/840. The other data field - My Bike Radar Traffic (for use with the Garmin Varia radar) that I was waiting for has just been updated yesterday to support those devices.

Same here.  SmartBikeLights updated, My Bike Radar Traffic updated.  Just waiting for DIY #1 & #2 and I'll be set.

That's because it's not compatible with the 840 yet.

For the Edge 1040 it took around a month and a half after the Edge 1040 became available in order for the developer to bring an update. I had requested it on Day 1 to the developer.

Hence why I'm wondering if the version from the 1040 could possibly be sideloaded, as it might take some time before an update comes...

I contacted SRAM and they said:

"Our App Team is aware of the lack of current support on the new 540 and 840 and are working on the update."

Sounds promising :)

I'm not sure what is taking them so long to be honest.

Looks like alanf has updated the app to work with the 840! It appears on ConnectIQ now. Will try it today
