Garmin Connect does not sync my (EMTB) Rides

As pointed out above!

My Unit doesn´t sync my (EMTB) Rides via Garmin Connect on IOS.

Via Usb C and Garmin Express (tested for Mac and PC) there is no Problem.

Also during the Ride the jump announcement is cut of at the bottom of the Screen.

I am running Software 9.09 and on the IOS side the App is up to Date!

Any help is welcome!

Its fixed for me in Beta 9.21.

Seems to be the same Problem like on the 1040. Ride Sync over Bluetooth doesn’t work (eBike Data) - Edge 1040 Series - Cycling - Garmin Forums

I have the same problem. Ebike Rides will not sync to Garmin connect wenn you connect to the Ebike. When u turn of the ebike sensor then the data will sync.

I hope Garmin will fix this as soon as possible ;-)

thanks for the information :) Garmin says its solved in Beta for the 1040.

So i think it will be solved in the future -_-

It should be fixed in the 840 9.21 beta

Same here - I’m having to sync via the USB cable to get the data off.

Yes I have the same problem !! No E bike Data sync that’s really pure from Garmin !!!
