Following a bike ride the other weekend the screen froze on my Garmin Edge 830. I was only able to turn it off after holding the off button for about 10 seconds. After that, the device has been stuck in a boot loop. I've managed to get it connect to a computer by holding the the lap button and connecting, and have deleted any files which could be causing the issue. However, even after that the device is stuck in a boot loop when I try turning it on. I've tried contacting Garmin a week ago but they have not yet offered any further solutions. Does anyone know what else I can try to resolve the problem? Many thanks
