Are you using the same "Activity Profile", I have five "Activity Profiles" and changing it in one, does not change them in them all?
Other than that, confirm it is disabled, it should not be showing "Blue", to be "disabled" the "switch" should be to the left and "Greyed" out which indicates "Disabled"
Sometimes a simple "On" or "Off" or "Enabled or Disabled" is better when it comes to selecting options
