My Edge 830 has stopped acquiring satellites.

IT has worked fine for years. how do I troubleshoot and fix this? on the bike suddenly it doesn't work, but at home at my desk it shows the correct location.

I am facing the same issue. It worked well for more than two years, but suddenly its not being able to find the satellites, I have tried everything at this point: device factory reset, firmware downgrade, got back to the last firmware, installed new maps. Nothing worked.

I wonder if this is now a hardware issue with the GPS antenna or something related.

One possibility is that the files in the \Garmin\REMOTESW folder are corrupted. They can be deleted and will then be reinstalled on the next sync with Garmin Express.
