How to install the 2024.20 map???

I have an Edge 530, same storage size, 16GB, as an 830 and installed the new map 2024.20 about 2 days ago using Garmin Express and it installed with no issues, no questions asked or even had to delete anything on the device for it to install.

I think this type of issue has arisen before a few times with other users and posted the problem and got the answers how to resolve it so a search through the 530 and 830 forums will find the answers rather than wait for someone to post an answer as there seems to be less and less users on the 530 and 830 forums now due to all the new Edges that have been introduced and people have moved on.

Try the 540 forum as I see someone else had the same issue over a year ago when the map update was to large and a solution was posted

I'm actually beginning to think now that I also had the same issue at some point in the past but Garmin Express finally installed it by constantly trying it.

I found a solution to this problem:
Garmin Express v7.24.0 should be completely uninstalled.
After that install express again!
My computer is Windows 10, 64 bit.
