Left/right power data swapped in Garmin Connect

I have a SRAM Force Quarq Power Meter connected to my Edge 830. The left/right balance data shown in Garmin Connect seems to be swapped (left/right) compared to the data I can see for my ride in AXS.SRAM.com. Are there anywhere in Garmin Connect where I can set left/right data for the power sensor?

  • After reading this I looked at the SRAM power data for the first time. I also use an EDGE 830 and both a SRAM Force Quark and also Assioma  Duo (for a number of years now) pedals on different bikes. On Garmin and all derived data both show me to be about 45L/55R right side dominant and I really do expect this to be the case as I am a right sided person. The SRAM data shows me to be 55L/45R if I'm reading it properly and I believe that to be incorrect.

  • The SRAM data is only an estimate based on crank arm positions as it is not a true dual sided power meter. Unless this has changed in their newer models.

  • Do some one legged drills and see what you get.

  • Yeah I understand that and am happy with the way that the data is presented by Garmin for both power meters. I just hadn't looked at the presentation of the data in the SRAM native app before.
