Elevation

My edge 830 is constantly 10% less than friends on elevation and it’s frustrating me now. How do I calibrate my home elevation, Mike

Create a saved location near your ride start point and edit its elevation value. The elevation should then calibrate to that value when starting an activity.

Hi Peter been trying to find out what elevation is from home but no luck? It’s got 250 ft above sea level in settings. Mike

One way is to use Connect or RWGPS etc to create a short loop course near your home and then check the start/ finish elevation from the profile. It should be fairly close to the right value.

Ant topographic map er even google earth can tell you the elevation you are.
