Activity tracking starting by itself

My 830 is going nuts:

I switch the unit on, and it starts a tracked activity by itself! I had not pressed anything.

What am I doing wrong?

Check if the Timer Start mode in your activity profile has been set to auto and change it to manual or prompted.
