Upload a course does not work anymore on my garmin even if I have the message download done

Hi all of you,

I have an issue since now a couple of weeks, I do not succeed to see a course to my garmin Edge 830. 
I have tried to send it from the application garmin connect, from the laptop using garmin Express or copy and paste the .fit file on the course folder. But none of these solutions work.
On my garmin, I get the message that the course has been correctly uploaded but when I go to my courses > Saved, I do not have it. I have filtered them by newest first (also changed it) and nothing change.
I have also checked the version of my garmin and I have the latest one.
Any suggestion?
Should I reset the garmin?

    How many courses do you have, there is a limit of 100 in the Courses directory and then it just stops loading more.

    And if loading via usb cable the file goes into the "NewFiles" directory and gets converted the next powerup and moved to Courses (if there is room room)
