edge 830 can't change ebike assist mode TQ HPR

I have scott solace gravel eride 30 with TQ HPR 50, display v01 no remote.

I connected my bike with garmin edge 830 latest firmware 9.80?

There are 4 mode of assist on my bike(off, level1, level2, level3) there is also walk assist which I can't us without remote

if I check the assist mode through garmin edge 830 it is 0 for off, 2 for level1, 4 for level 2, 7 for level 3.

but on my edge 830 ebike specific screen(the one that only displayed if connected to ebike, battery, assist mode change, and other data) I can only change assist mode from 0 to 2(correspond to my ebike off and level1)

can we fix the bug so It can set level2 and level3 assist.

Hi I've just got a pinarello nytro with the tq hpr50 . I have the same problem connected my garmin and it will only turn on motor to level 1 , I also bought the garmin ebike remote and that doesn't work at all.Just wondering if you managed to sort out the problem. I've emailed pinarello and TQ to see if they could help but got no reply.
