I track my training status, which has recently been indicating a high anaerobic shortage. In an effort to get my hr up in the winter, when my hr is typically lower on outdoor rides, I got a Wahoo Kickr and hooked it up. I rode a threshold ride of +/- FTP intervals, and my hr was up around LT for most of the ride. Exactly what I wanted. However, there is "no anaerobic benefit" from the ride, and it is measuring a base ride. I expected a tempo for this one.
I'm thinking there is something not connected correctly, but not sure what.
