my garmin edge 830 has gone dead and wont charge up

i've used the same cable to charge and now it wont work ,i've changed cables that work on a light i use and it wont work either. Anything else i can do?

    I had the same problem - verified it was not the cable by using my 830 cable for the Varia - still would not charge.

    Rang Garmin - Australia in my case- and they immediately accepted a changeover without prompting.

    Only problem for me was the Christmas period - AusPost took around 7 days to get it to NSW - I  could have walked it there in less time.

    I sent it Registered Express Post - which used to be 48 hours

    Garmin have acknowledged receipt and will advise dispatch of the replacement.

    I expect at least 10 days for it to get here.

    AusPost sucks - but we all know that.  (AusPost frontline staff are excellent though)
