Repeating restarts while connected to Google Pixel 8 via BT

Got a new Google Pixel 8. As soon as the 830 is connected via BT to the phone and trying to sync it is rebooting. 
If I disable the BT connection the 830 works normal.
Same is true during an activity, the 830 runs stable. Probably as it doesn't try to sync.

830 FW version is 9.75

    Similar behaviour for me with OnePlus 7T phone. Same 9.75 FW version.

    Fortunately it does not happen after starting an activity since BT sync is not happening by design during activity.

    Still frustrating when going outside, waiting for GPS lock, and just before starting the activity it reboots.

    With no beta firmware release since 4 months, I guess Garmin abandoned 830 and is focusing on new models where the revenue comes from.

    There is no money in making a device stable for existing customers since they already paid.
