Edge 830 Indoor Training issue

Hello,

I did an anerobic indoor interval training on Trainerroad via my computer with the power meter and recorded it at the same time with the Edge 830.

The connection was via ANT+

The performance detection on the PC was perfect, but on the Edge or in Garmin Connect it was not recognized that I was in the neuromuscular performance zone for over 3 minutes in the workout.

The data is simply missing. The total length of the training is correct.

Version 9.75 is installed.

What could that be about?

Sounds like the power zones are not set as you want them on the Garmin 830. You can edit the zone boundaries to what you want them to be. I find the default Garmin zone boundaries to be not great. Even if the zone boundaries are correct percentage wise if the FTP value is incorrect on the Edge unit the zone data will be wrong. Check that as well.
