I have an edge 830 which I use an HRM dual with. I have connected my HRM dual to strava as I want to use it for recording during running. however, the device connects but no heart rate data displays or records in the strava app. I've contacted strava support to no avail.
It is worth noting that I've tried the following:
-Updating strava permissions and reinstalling the app.
-ensuring that my hrm is not connected to another device or is out of battery (it broadcasts perfectly well to my edge)
-disconnecting and reconnecting the hrm from strava
-The first time I connected it to strava, it displayed data, but now it does not.
Strava recommended to me that I try 'resetting my hrm' - is this a possibility? I'm not aware that it is.
Anyone had similar trouble or any ideas?
