Varia 515 keeps changing from day flash to solid - I don't want it to.

Just replaced my 510 which never did this but had to due to battery life shorter. New 515 keeps changing - i start on day flash and then it changes to constant. I don't want constant as battery life is shorter. Thinking about sending it back for a refund. Any ideas of a fix.

    try to use addon from controlling the lights on Varia Radar. You can find under the name of Smart Bike Lights in ConnectIQ. GIve it a go and if that won't work a full reset with FW upgrade would be requested from Garmin before requesting a refund - which might be cumbersome to setup everything you had. Also some other connectIQ app/data filed might interact and overact with light setting resulting in behaviour you have...
