1030 route calculation errors

1030 will not calculate any routes. Just keep getting a route calculation error message. It started after updating maps. I reset the device, uninstalled all the associated apps but the same message keeps appearing. Grateful for any help

The maps installed are tagged "routable cycle map of Europe"

Try some non Garmin maps and see if they work. Get some from here: https://extract.bbbike.org/

You need Latin Garmin maps. The Unicode versions won't work.

First off, if you have a 1030, post 1030 questions in the 1030 subforum.

The bbbike maps are fine but your device should still work. It would be fine to use a bbbike map to see if that map works.

You issue has nothing to do with apps. No one else appears to be having the same issue. So, it doesn’t seem like it’s general.

I’d reinstall the maps.
