Garmin 830 - Stop sounds during guided ride

Hello,

how do I stop the beeps my Garmin 830 makes before and during a turn (or even when I have to go straighti) durong a guided ride ?

In urban space it juste drives me crazy !

Checked everywhere ine yhe manual, didn't find.
