New Edge 830 Version 9.75 - PowePod sensor can't connect anymore

it is  a "power meter" (or a guess-o-meter) and not real power meter. probably the new firmware already knows that do not use this garbage anymore (honestly, i cant imagine why people buy such a junk item, because it was  cheap, right? )

I’m confident Garmin will answer my question since (whatever my sensor is, and in spite of Luko79’s opinion) it’s an Ant+ sensor that works and give power info every 1s. 

for training (and for proper improve) as true power meter, it is totally unusable. for showing a number, it is "good". but for that expensive. sometimes i am very harsh, but these type of devices should not exist on the market (i told it as a power meter expert...)

but back to solving your problem

is there "0" number in its ANT device ID?

usually they write it on the device with numbers, but You paired it in the past, so it should be in the Edge too, in the sensor pool, search it, go into its details and there. 

as i see , it is written only on the original box, not on the device (they didnt write it on the black plastic).. so in the Edge, maybe. but is it sure that it works with other devices than Edge 830 (and with 9.75?)

in a worst case, share a FIT file where You still could use the PPod (in ZIP format or with a direct link) and i (perhaps) can read out this ANT ID from the file.

I have the original box but I can’t find it. Anyway, on Saturday I used it and it works, then the 830 ask me to update from 9.73 to 9.75 and yesterday it was “missing”. Only that sensor. 

missing means You had no power values during the ride, yes? battery is ok in the ppod? try to remove the ppod pairing from the Edge, and search for "power sensor" and lets see what will happen (sometimes a fw upgrade and after a sensor loss only a coincidence but there is a small chance for any other reason, ofc)
